Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthetics as necessary to maintain patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement anesthesia care plans.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments and education.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid CRNA certification.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in a hospital setting, particularly in a Level II Trauma Center.
• Proficiency in a variety of anesthesia techniques, including general, regional, and local anesthesia.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a broad spectrum of cases, including complex and high-acuity patients.
