McLaren Bay Region is looking for a Hematology/Oncology Locum Physician! – Clinic and Clinic Call

**Provider must be available for coverage Monday-Friday preferably 2 weeks/month. Tele-health not an option.**

Daily clinic coverage Monday – Friday8am – 4:30pm dailyNight call Monday – Thursday eveningsNo call on Friday after clinicPatients per day: 14 outpatients no hospital
Info of support staff: 2 APPS IN OFFICE
1FT Physician
.5 locums in clinic third week is tele medicine
lab on site and infusion suite
Current EHR in use: Cerner

Procedures/Skills Required:
Hematology outpatient Oncology outpatient Hematology inpatient Oncology inpatient Participation on a tumor board

**Please note:
Must be COVID vaccinated.
Provide rates at time of name clear
DEA – Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
Car Fuel mileage hotel is a 150 cap including taxesrental must be refueled before being returned
McLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etc
McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
Malpractice rates MUST be included in the rate
Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate
Site uses reverse billing – provider must clock in/out using Kronos – no timesheets will be approved
Job Details:
Coverage would be 2 weeks per month preferably the last two weeks of the Month

Reason for locum coverage: Recruitment Gap
Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel amp Expense policy between McLaren Health Care amp AHSA.
Rates to Submit:Orientation must be 1/2 the hourly rateDaily Rate – Monday-Friday to include the clinic coverage 8a-4:30pm Night Call- Monday- Thursday Call back Holiday rates
