Job Description:Armes Family Cancer Care Center a fully comprehensive CoC accredited stand-alone regional cancer center is undergoing a complete renovation which includes expansion of our onsite lab and pharmacy addition of 9 new state-of-the art exam rooms 8 infusion bays as well as linear accelerator upgrades and replacement of our CT Simulator.Traditional Schedule: Clinic 4 days/week 1 administrative day/week remote 1:4 inpatient call OR Alternative Schedule: 3-12's week on/off etc. inpatient call will be considered50 Hematology/50 Oncology patient mix most common cases are breast colon lung prostateCare team model 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician 2 NPsChemo certified RNs for inpatient chemotherapy administrationOnsite ServicesRadiation OncologyInfusion TherapyLab and Pharmacy board certified oncology pharmacist onsiteGenetic CounselingClinical amp Financial NavigationNutrition ServicesClinical TrialsTumor RegistryGYN-OncologySocial WorkRobust general surgery program and specialty services ENT Urology Gynecology Pulmonology GIHospitalist service admitsMayo Clinic Care Network eConsult services eTumor BoardsPractice and team dedicated to supporting youAutonomy and input with schedule volumes and practice operationsTime with patients who respect your careLocal administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in FindlayLeadership who are invested and seek your inputStrong and available subspecialty supportOpportunity to provide and receive mentorshipAccepting submissions from 2024 graduates and experienced physicians

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: 500000 to 600000/year — Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term. Based on experience and training to be discussed at interview.
