North Memorial is seeking a Hem/Onc Locum to start as soon as credentialed!

Practice Setting: Inpatient coverage only.

Dates of Coverage: Needed by end of January at the latest. Needed for a minimum of nine month

Call Schedule: 5 pm to 8 am – Call volumes low – average 1-2 calls per night

Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult

Average Number of Patients Per Day – HOSPITAL Call/Rounding: 10

Trauma Level/Designation Hospital: Level 1

Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 months must have MN license Required Procedures:
Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters- assessment of port integrity and Chemotherapy – IntrathecalNorth Memorial does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.
